CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Point Park catcher Dave Angle is the AMC Baseball Player of the Week for games played on April 20-26.

Angle, a 6-foot-1 sophomore from Pittsburgh, Pa., batted .588 as the Pioneers won five out of six games.

Angle was 10-for-17 with three doubles, a home run, and 15 RBI’s. He posted a .941 slugging percentage, walked eight times, and scored five runs.

Angle recorded at least two hits in four of the five games that Point Park won. The Pioneers enter the week 12-28 overall and 8-20 AMC.
