Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week

ERIC PFEIFER, Ohio Dominican
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Ohio Dominican goalkeeper Eric Pfeifer is the AMC men’s soccer Defensive Player of the Week for competition on Oct. 22-28.
Pfeifer, a 6-foot-3 sophomore from Westerville, Ohio, achieved the selection for the third time this fall. He earned the honor the first two weeks of the season.
Pfeifer made five saves in a 2-0 victory at Mount Vernon Nazarene. He was not credited with a save in a 3-0 win versus Urbana.
Pfeifer earned two more shutouts and the NAIA No. 5 ranked Panthers, 16-1 and 5-1 AMC, have 15 shutouts on the season. ODU has allowed just two goals the entire season.
