CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville University is the host site of the Wilson/ITA NAIA Midwest Region Tennis Championships on Sept. 20-22 at the Yellow Jacket Tennis Complex. The three-day event includes a full draw of 32 singles players and 16 doubles teams in the men’s and women’s divisions.
Student-athletes from nine women’s programs and nine men’s teams are featured in the tournament. Representing the American Mideast Conference are Cedarville, Malone, Ohio Dominican, Shawnee State, and Walsh as well as associate member Northwestern Ohio. [WILSON/ITA NAIA MIDWEST REGION TOURNAMENT]
Other NAIA regional sites include Auburn University at Montgomery (Ala.), Cumberland University (Tenn.), Embry-Riddle University (Fla.), University of Illinois-Springfield, William Jewell College (Mo.), Oklahoma Baptist University, and Point Loma Nazarene University (Calif.).
Singles and doubles champions from each of the men’s and women’s regional tournaments advance to the National Championships on October 11-14, in Mobile, Ala..
