CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Mount Vernon Nazarene outside hitter Jackie Albrecht has been awarded the AMC Women’s Volleyball Player of the Week honor for the third consecutive week for her effort in matches played on Oct. 26 through Nov. 1.

Albrecht, a 5-foot-10 junior from Lexington, Ohio, averaged 4.11 kills with a .376 attack percentage in three victories for the Cougars, all 3-0 sweeps.

The best outing for Albrecht came in an AMC victory over Notre Dame. She hammered 16 kills with 12 digs and four service aces.

In nine sets played, Albrecht talled 37 kills with just five errors in 85 attempts. She recorded 31 digs for an average of 3.44 per set with five blocks and five aces.

MVNU is 31-7 overall and 9-2 AMC.
